These delicious Mushroom Ravioli with a filling of Ricotta and Wild Mushrooms served with a creamy Parmesan sauce, will surely be a hit on your table.

Make the pasta dough by mixing the flour with the eggs. Knead for 10 minutes, then cover and let it rest.

Make the filling: Sautè the mushrooms with garlic and olive oil. Add the wine and fresh herbs. When cooked, finely mince them and mix with Ricotta and Parmigiano cheese.

Assemble the ravioli by stretching the pasta into thin sheets and piping the filling. Press another sheet of pasta on top, then cut out the ravioli with a pasta cutter.

Boil the ravioli in salted water for 3-4 minutes and serve with a cream and Parmigiano cheese sauce.
