– Red Onion – Carrots – Celery – Pork & Beef ground meat – Italian Sausages – San Marzano tomatoes  – Tomato Paste – Red Wine – Juniper berries  – Beef Stock –  Bay Leaves – EVO Oil – Sugar – Salt, Pepper

In a large pot, add the Soffritto and olive oil. Cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.

Add the meat and cook it for a few minutes, mixing it to break the clumps.
