Instructions
Fill a mixing glass or tumbler with ice.
Add 1 oz gin, 1 oz Campari, and 1 oz sweet vermouth.
Stir well until chilled (about 20–30 seconds).
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice (or serve “up” in a coupe if preferred).
Garnish with a twist of orange peel, expressing the oils over the glass before dropping it in.
