Sheet Puff Pastry
thawed

Nutella

Egg
lightly beaten (for brushing, optional)
Powdered Sugar
for dusting (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut it into two even parts.
Spread a generous layer of Nutella on one part, then add the other layer of puff pastry on top.
Cut the dough into 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick strips, twist the strips and roll them into a spiral shape.
Fold the pastry over the filling (into triangles or rectangles) and press the edges with a fork to seal.
Brush the tops with beaten egg and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

These are best enjoyed warm, straight from the oven, or room temperature.
