Prosciutto e Melone (Prosciutto and Melon) is a classic sweet and savory Italian appetizer. This finger food version is perfect for a summer dinner party, or to add to a charcuterie board.
Slice the cantaloupe melon into ½ inch thick even slices.
Cut out the bites using the vegetable cutters in the shape you prefer, or use a sharp knife to chop into cubes.
Cut the prosciutto slices into pieces and top the melon bites. Secure with a toothpick or cocktail pick.
Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
