Ingredients

Cannellini Beans
8½ oz / 240 g drained

can
Tuna
5 oz / 150 g
½
small Red Onion
thinly sliced

tablespoon
Olive Oil
1-2
Tbsp
Lemon Juice

tablespoon
Fresh Parsley
chopped
Salt & Black Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Rinse and drain the cannellini beans thoroughly and place them in a bowl.
Add the tuna, breaking it into chunks with a fork.
Add sliced red onion and chopped parsley.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Toss gently to combine and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Rinse the beans well to improve flavor and texture.
Slice the onion thinly for a balanced bite. If the onion is too strong, soak it in cold water for 10-15 minutes.
Taste before adding salt, especially with tuna.
