Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange baguette slices on the baking sheet. If using fig jam, spread a thin layer over each slice.
Add a piece of brie on each crostino, then top with a small piece of prosciutto. Sprinkle with fresh thyme.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the prosciutto edges are crispy.
Drizzle lightly with honey if desired and serve warm.

For extra crispiness, lightly toast the bread for 3 minutes before adding the toppings.
