Oven-baked chicken drumsticks marinated with herbs and spices, topped with crispy panko breadcrumbs, and baked until golden — an easy, crunchy dinner everyone loves.
Pat the drumsticks dry. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme. Rub the mixture all over the chicken. Marinate for at least 15 minutes (up to overnight).
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the marinated drumsticks in the baking dish and sprinkle panko breadcrumbs evenly over the top, pressing lightly so they adhere. Optional: add a sprig of rosemary on top for extra aroma.
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
Serve hot and crispy with a side dish of your choice.
Notes
For extra crunch, drizzle or spray a little olive oil over the breadcrumbs before baking.
