This mousse combines Nutella’s rich, chocolate-hazelnut flavor with the creamy tang of ricotta cheese, finished with the crunch of chocolate cookie crumbles.
In a bowl, mix the ricotta and Nutella with a spoon until you get an even cream, or use a hand mixer to get a smoother mousse.
Add a layer of chocolate cookie crumbles in the dessert cups, then pipe the Nutella mousse. Decorate with more cookie crumbles on top.
Serve immediately or set in the fridge until ready to serve.

For a more decadent dessert, you can increase the Nutella quantity to match the ricotta cheese.For a lighter version, you can half the Nutella quantity, and add 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
