These Prosciutto Goat Cheese Crostini are an easy and elegant appetizer, perfect for parties or cozy nights in. With just a few high-quality ingredients, you can impress guests with flavor-packed bites that come together in minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange baguette slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
Toast in the oven for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp. Remove and let cool slightly.
Spread goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice. Use the back of a spoon or a butter knife for even spreading.
Top with prosciutto, folding or ruffling it slightly for a pretty presentation.
Garnish with fresh finely chopped basil leaves or a few baby arugula leaves if using.
Serve immediately at room temperature or slightly warm.
