Do you know someone who loves pasta more than they love people? Then this gift guide with gift ideas for pasta lovers will be the perfect way to start! 14 different gifts for all price ranges that your pasta lover friend or family member will love!

If your friend, relative, parent, child or anyone you know, loves making fresh pasta, then this list will be very useful to find the perfect Christmas gift!

When someone thinks about pasta, the immediate gift idea that comes to mind is a pasta machine or a rolling pin. But that's just the tip of the iceberg! There are so many beautiful and useful products you can get on Amazon related to making and serving pasta, that you can certainly surprise him/her with an unexpected yet perfect gift!

I divided the gift ideas into 4 parts: to make fresh pasta, to serve pasta, and to show your love for pasta. All 3 categories have 4-5 gift ideas with prices ranging from 10$ to 180$. So whatever your budget is, you can find something suited for you! (Please note that the prices may differ from what is mentioned in the post, this is set by the vendor and it's out of my control.)

    TO MAKE FRESH PASTA

These gifts are perfect for the person who loves to get his/her hands dirty and make handmade pasta from scratch! Maybe they took one class and loved it so much they want to start making it at home too. Or maybe they're already making fresh pasta often but they don't have all the necessary tools yet.

    These are my favorite picks:

    1. Marcato Pasta Machine 70$ - This is the classic Pasta Machine, so useful for many pasta shapes like Ravioli or Tagliatelle. It's the original Italian brand (together with Imperia) which is used by almost every pasta maker in Italy.
    2. Philips Pasta Extruder 180$ - This is a new modern version of the classic bronze extruder used to make semolina pasta (just like the dried ones you can buy in the grocery stores). This is used to extrude pasta shapes like Rigatoni or Penne.
    3. Gnocchi/Garganelli board 12$ - This is an essential little tool if you like to make Gnocchi or cute Garganelli pasta. It's completely made of wood and it easily fits in any drawer because it takes such little space!
    4. Hardwood Rolling Pin 47$ - Available in 4 different materials: hard maple, jatoba, jatoba/ebony/maple, and Mexican ebony. Handcrafted in America with a lifetime warranty. This rolling pin is not only beautiful, but perfect to hand roll pasta dough.
    5. Ravioli cutters 16$ - No pasta maker kitchen is complete without some ravioli cutters in it! This set has a few cute shapes like a classic round, square, and a heart. Plus the wheel cutter is the most useful tool to cut whichever shape and size you want.

    TO SERVE PASTA

These gifts are for the seasoned pasta maker which may have already all the tools mentioned above (although in my opinion ravioli cutters are never enough!). Below gift ideas are beautiful dishes and platters to serve pasta in the most stylish and Italian way.

Here are my favorite picks for beautiful ceramics:

    1. Trattoria Pasta Plates 50$ - These elegant plates are perfect to serve pasta to your friends and family for dinner. This set includes one serving bowl and 4 pasta bowls in the same minimal and elegant design.
    2. Pasta Bowls set 39$ - These gorgeous hand-painted pasta bowls have a colorful and bright design of vegetables to depict genuine Italian cuisine. This set includes one serving bowl and 4 pasta bowls.
    3. Pasta Serving set 13$ - Have you tried serving spaghetti without the right tongs? It's very difficult! That's why this serving set is essential in every pasta lover kitchen. This set includes a spaghetti measure tool to cook the right amount, a spaghetti tong, and a pasta spoon.
    4. The Pioneer Woman Baking Dishes 28$ - These baking dishes in 2 different sizes are not only very gorgeous and a great statement piece in your kitchen, but also perfect to host a delicious Lasagna!
    5. Oval Serving Platter 32$ - Imagine bringing to the table this beautiful serving platter full of delicious pasta. This bright and colorful design is hand-painted in Italy with the classic Southern Italian style.

    1. Pasta Silver Necklace 85$ - Have you ever seen anything more beautiful than silver pasta jewelry? This necklace is also available in other pasta shapes like Bucatini, Penne, Macaroni, Rotini, and more. Moreover, money from the sale is donated to help feed the hungry!
    2. Pasta Zipper Pouch 13$ - This pretty pasta zipper pouch is perfect for holding make-up while traveling or pencils for school or the office. It can be used in many different ways and it's perfect to show your love for pasta.
    3. Pasta Dishtowels 13$ - These pretty and elegant dishtowels in the tones of red, gold and black, are the perfect Italian touch the kitchen is missing. Full of Italian ingredients and pasta names to inspire your dinner.
    4. Encyclopedia of Pasta Poster 29$ - Why not add a poster with the complete encyclopedia of pasta shapes to your wall? This way you can decorate the room AND learn all about pasta at the same time!
